Shareholders approved the audit report Privat and consolidated accounts of the bank for 2011, which indicates the stability of its financial performance and leading position in the market. As the press service of PrivatBank, the decision was taken at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of a public joint stock company commercial bank "PRIVATBANK", which was held on May 28.


In particular, the findings of the Audit company "Audit Norman" (Kiev) and the International auditing company «PricewaterhouseCoopers Ukraine" statements for 2011 present fairly the financial position of PAO KB "PRIVATBANK" and its subsidiary banks and enterprises, the financial results its operations, cash flows during the year. The auditors made conclusion that in view of the consolidated bank performance satisfies all economic norms stipulated by Ukrainian legislation and international practice. Also, shareholders of the bank noted that the overall assessment of the consolidated group in 2011, has a positive trend, the competitive position of PAO KB "PRIVATBANK" in the banking market remains strong and stable.

Recall, at the end of the 2011 net assets increased by 31.68 Privat billion USD to 145.118 billion in the bank's equity 1 January 2012 amounted to 16.746 bln (+ USD 4.87 billion), the authorized capital - 13545000000 USD (4.7 billion USD). Net profits Privat-up in 2011 was a record for the Ukrainian banking system indicator UAH 1.425 billion.
