Founded in 1993 in Kiev and to the middle of 2002, called the "Authority", was renamed after Agrocombank. Until May 2011 the chairman of the board and the largest shareholder of the credit institution is Alexander Novikov (24.5%), but he sold his stake, and place of the head took a former executive "Rodovid Bank" Irina Zhabskaya. In 2010, the bank's profit was 1.9 million hryvnia (6.5 million) against earnings for 2009 of $ 2 million hryvnia (7.2 million). In II quarter 2011 profit was 0.7 million hryvnia (2.7 million), according to this indicator, the credit institution is the 122 th largest bank in Ukraine.
