Founded in August 2005 in Kiev as highly specialized lending institution servicing business owners. Management plans to build a retail business in the bank crisis were suspended in 2008, due to additional capitalization is required for the expansion of the branch network, proved difficult for the shareholders, and on this background, in 2008, voluntarily resigned as Chairman of the Board Andrew Snegirev (previously - Chairman VAB Bank), and a number of top managers. The bank currently provides comprehensive services for small and medium businesses as well as individuals.

It should be noted that one of the major shareholders of the Bank of Investment and Savings Sergei Lagur previously owned significant shares in Kiev Nadra Bank (about 33.7%) and was a member of the Supervisory Board, in the crisis, banks began to experience liquidity problems, there was a temporary administration of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU). Currently Nadra Bank is owned by Ukrainian businessman Dmitry Firtash.

Public Joint Stock Company "Bank investments and savings" has sales network consisting of 15 offices in different regions of Ukraine (07.2011). The Bank is owned by Group 4 on total assets (from the 4th to the NBU classification), this indicator is 71 th in the country (10 th place in the group.)

According to the NBU, 01.04.2011 Bank's total assets of investment and savings of 1.5 billion hryvnia (5.2 billion rubles). The credit portfolio is almost entirely (99%) consisting of loans to legal entities, forms 65% of total assets. Reservation - about 5% against 4.5% in 2009. The rest of the amount generated by investing in liquid assets and interbank - 6 and 29% respectively.

The largest share in the liabilities borrow individuals, they account for about 39%. Another 32% is formed at the expense of other banks. Corporate deposits make up about 11% of liabilities. Equity - 16% of liabilities.

In 2010, the bank's profit was 2.7 million hryvnia (~ 9.5 million) from 3.3 million hryvnia (11.5 million) for 2009. In I quarter of 2011 this indicator Bank ranked 52th among the Ukrainian banks with a profit of 1.2 million hryvnia (4.2 million).

Shareholders: Stepan Ivakhiv - 27.36%, Igor Eremeev - 23.68%, Sergey Lagur - 16.56%, Nicholas Romanov - 16.08%, Natalia Romanov - 3.08%, Andrei Popov - 4.27%.
